Shahriar Residence Tower, Noor, Mazandaran.
Shahriar Residence Tower in Noor, Mazandaran, is situated on a 1,000-square-meter plot, with a total building area of approximately 15,000 square meters. This residential building is designed across 18 floors, featuring units starting from 380 square meters. With a height of 85 meters, it is considered one of the tallest residential towers in northern Iran. Its location, facing the largest forest park in the Middle East and offering unobstructed views of the sea, makes this tower an ideal choice for both living and investment. The building is equipped with the most advanced air circulation systems and the latest global technologies, ensuring maximum comfort for residents. Amenities include water sports facilities, rooftop swimming pools, a dry sauna, a gym, a billiards room, a roof garden, an 18th-floor pool with panoramic views of the sea and forest, breathtaking vistas, a cinema, and various recreational and sports facilities. Services provided for this project include structural and architectural design, electrical and mechanical installations, soil improvement and pile driving, and construction of the structural framework using waffle slabs. The project began in 2024 and is ongoing.
Relax Tower, Mahmoudabad, Mazandaran.
Relax Tower in Mahmoudabad, Mazandaran, is situated on an 800-square-meter plot, with a total building area of approximately 8,000 square meters. This residential building is designed across 18 floors, featuring units starting from 195 square meters. Services provided for this project included structural and architectural design and the construction of the concrete framework using U-Boot slabs. The project was executed from 2019 to 2021.
Residential Interior Design – Izadshahr, Mazandaran.
The services provided for this project included the complete design and execution of the interior decoration and cabinetry of the complex, and it was completed in 2021.
Renovation of a villa in Garmadre Karaj
The services provided for this project included complete renovation and structural reinforcement of the villa and its garden, and the project was completed in 2021.
Pile driving and retaining structure.
Residential design and renovation - Samay Iran Shahrak Gharb
The services provided for this project included interior decoration and the construction of all wooden furniture and fixtures for the residential building using wood and polyurethane paint. The project was completed in 2019.
Residential Design and Renovation – Pirouzan, Saadat Abad, Tehran.
The services provided for this project included the complete renovation of the residential building, and the project was completed in 2020.
